The NewFace Foundation was founded by Dr. Paul S. Howard in 1994 when he discovered a gap in the medical care for underprivileged children born with facial deformities. The Foundation has a Board of Directors, and one full-time staff employee. We are a 501 (c) (3) Non-profit corporation, and Dr. Howard does not benefit financially from the Foundation. Mr. Johnson and Dr. Howard were close friends, and he will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Johnson Family.
